That same Library that appeared out of nowhere, a building that shouldn't exist.But as time passes, the size of the zone that can't be safely navigated shrinks. For all that the Puppeteer was apparently talking to the Library (and how much did he know?), he didn't seem in any hurry to come there himself, preferring an indirect approach. Sending Puppets in his stead... it was annoying. Cowardly, but also it reminded Angela too much of someone else who used people as puppets against their will.
