@axalxx @board 香油你好！我不知道这一条回复能不能帮到你，在开始之前先声明我不是相关专业的，以下也只是我自己的经历和想法。我也在面对自己的孤独感，即便是我处在亲密关系中的时候，这份孤独感也没有完全消失过。然后我经历了分手，自己一个人搬出来住，理论上说那个时候我应该孤独到了巅峰，但事实上却并不不是这样，容我之后慢慢道来。先逐个回答香油的问题：朋友是什么？我的定义非常简单，朋友是愿意帮助你的人。用这个标准定义朋友也许太低了，但是对于一个比较不善于社交的人来说，我觉得是一个很好的起点。事实上，找到这样的人并不容易——我怎么知道ta愿意帮助我？我不知道。我只有寻求了帮助，对方同意了，我才知道Ta愿意帮助我。那么不妨给朋友的定义加一层条件：朋友是那个我愿意去向Ta寻求帮助，并且愿意帮助我的人。如果有一个人是我的朋友，那这意味着什么呢？在我看来，这意味着你可以向ta寻求帮助。友谊在我看来是被动的，爱是主动的。如果你希望人在家中坐，有个人来向你嘘寒问暖，那么你缺的是一个爱人，相比于朋友，爱人可能更难找（笑）。而朋友一般不会主动来关心你，但是他们会在你提出明确的需要的时候为你提供帮助，比如你私聊对方寻求帮助，或者更好的朋友也许也会关心你的社交动态。我到这里说的都是“帮助”，似乎我把友谊放在了一个很功利的层面，事实上，真正的友谊深要比这深的多，朋友交得深了，可能也会模糊掉友谊和亲情，或者和爱情的边界。只是，我认为这是一个定义友谊的好的起点：我愿意向Ta寻求帮助，并且Ta愿意帮助我。从这个定义来说，我是有朋友的，虽然不多，但是还是有的。那么朋友能不能消除我们的孤独呢？就像你说的：大众文化中好像把没有朋友和孤独联系起来。我对这个问题的答案是否定的。朋友不能消除我们的孤独，至少我没有遇到过能消除我孤独的朋友。我有非常好的朋友，我们互相理解，互相帮助，经常见面，聊天，关心对方的生活，总是有说不完的话，但不说话也没关系，我信任Ta,可以把银行卡密码告诉Ta,可以和Ta说如果有一天我死了，遗产你帮我处理。但即便是这样的朋友，也未曾消除过我的孤独。因为我们永远无法感受别人的感受。就像此刻，我从香油的文字中去共情，但是我感受到的依然是我的感受，是一种模拟。我用我的文字表达出来，你看到之后在你的脑中去模拟我的感受，然后再和你自己的感受做对比，再得出结论：“嗯你懂我！”或者“丫说的什么玩意儿”。但无论如何，你感受到的也不是我的感受。这或许是我们孤独感的根源。也恰恰因为这样的孤独感，我们终其一生都渴望的到理解，都渴望和另一个灵魂体会到“共在”。某些瞬间，面对一个人，我们触电般地感受到，这个人懂我，但是这种瞬间往往短暂，也往往只是三维空间两条平行线投影到二维平面时的交叉。所以朋友不能消除孤独感，甚至爱人，亲人，都不能消除孤独感。我觉得这世界上有很多幸运的人，从未体会过孤独，但是另一些能感受到孤独的人，将终身与之相伴。当我意识到这一点的时候，反而不再感到焦虑了，而是一种解脱。当你知道你面对一个深渊，无论投下什么东西都无法填满的时候，也许你可以想想，我还需不需要无谓地再试图去填满它。当从这种必须要消除孤独感的意念中解脱出来之后，抬头看看四周，我发现除了孤独以外，这个世界还有很多美好的东西，它们都不能消除孤独感，但它们可以与之共存，并且我不需要把它们全部投入那个虚空之中试图去填满它，而是珍视它们现在的样子。说到这里我们可以看看怎么交朋友的问题了，当我不再为了消除孤独感而交朋友的时候，我就不会向这个“朋友”倾倒我的孤独感了。可是为什么要交朋友呢？为了获得帮助。获得帮助，是一个非常具体的概念，是一个扎根在生活中，触手可及的概念。我们需要获得学习上的帮助，需要获得工作上的帮助，需要获得生活上的帮助，需要获得爱好上的帮助，因此，我们需要建立连接，建立很多连接，有些连接随着交往的强化，变成了朋友，而有些则处在“同学”，“同事”，“熟人”的阶段，没关系，社交是个光谱，没有人光有朋友却没有熟人的，反之，你的“熟人”越多，其中有可能交到朋友的机会越多。但无论如何，这些人都不是因为我孤独而被我拉到身边的，而是因为我需要。即便是情感需要，也非常具体。说回我自己，在我分手之后，得到了朋友的关心和照顾，我需要他们的时候也会和他们说，我会和他们说我还好，或者我不好，我开心，或者我伤心，他们会听我说，安慰我。在分手后几周我有点半强迫自己去联系以前认识的朋友。事实上，有些人我并不确定他们还是不是我的朋友，因为正如我自己的定义所言，我不确定他们愿不愿意帮助我，但是，如果我不问，我怎么知道呢？事实证明，他们还都是我的朋友啊！以前，我回避任何意义上的社交，但是在这之后，我连出去买菜都会和卖菜的多微笑一下，不是因为他需要我向他微笑，而是因为我感受到这种向别人投射出善意的欲望。当我将自己的目光从孤独的深渊挪开之后，世界变得更可爱了，让我忍不住想多看一眼，忍不住想多发出一声赞美！在看到香油的贴文的时候，我突然发现，我都很久很久没有再问过自己这个问题了：我到底有没有朋友？真正的朋友是什么样的？等等。当我抬起头生活的时候，好像这些问题不再困扰我了，而于此同时，这些问题的答案似乎也自然而然地浮现了。不知道我的回应能不能帮助到你，我写下这些，一半是写给你，另一半也是写给自己。我知道有一天孤独感还是会袭来的，事实上昨天就袭来了，但是我知道该怎么处理它，我知道它一直在这，我知道睡一觉会好点。如果从科学主义的角度看，这甚至只是我们身体里的什么电化学反应所导致的，只要调节某些参数就可以改变。我只有在深陷负面情绪的时候才会向自己抛出这样的观点，因为我觉得它们太不浪漫了哈哈哈。但是，到最后，请不要放弃，去寻求帮助，去爱，去生活，去建立连接，也许世界没有那么可怕，也许世界会变得更好，也许你会变得更好。加油！
