@[email protected] @[email protected] 两回事啊，男的看色情作品发泄性欲又没什么的，女的也有看黄文手冲的啊，但是强奸是实打实的性侵犯，暴力行为，是真的伤害到具体的人，至于海棠的作品有没有给读者造成心理伤害——就算要真的讨论伤害，也需要详细的调查充足的证据去证明这个伤害，涉及虚拟文学作品，哪怕真的要去制造思想罪这个东西，真到定刑也应该是慎之又慎，而不是粗暴直接做定论

[2025-06-04 11:53:42] [email protected]: @board 想和各位香油讨论一个问题：我在wb上看到这个图，然后我忽然有一个想法：对于这种“文学创作”来说，男性和女性一般的观念是不是完全不一样的？男的会把“我看过这些色情作品” 当作 “我做了这件事情”一样。而女性似乎会分得更开一点，现实和文学创作是分离的？产生这个想法的原因是，我联想到了我自己遇到的一些事情（有的男生会把玩色情游戏或者看黄片，视作一种发泄，一种替代行为，甚至把玩色情游戏当作嫖娼一样的行为。原话大概是：“我不玩这个游戏难不成我去嫖娼吗？”），以及我曾经在互联网上看到的一些东西（很多作品，似乎都在刻意追求一些代入感？例如一些龙傲天小说或者动漫，我看到有的人就是为了代入）。我一时间不知道该如何表达自己的这个想法，只能用浅显的语言和大家分享一下这些思绪，希望能和其他香油交流一下😭
