[2025-09-10 19:25:17] [email protected]: @board 香油们好！我想问一些工作的问题。我是应届生，目前在一家初创公司试岗，今天通知试岗期过了，老板是做漫谈账号的，全网大概130w粉，主做抖音平台，想招人进来做漫谈视频搞矩阵模式。转正的要求是一周做四条视频（3-4分钟视频的工作量），要在抖音有两条50w播放的视频。如果单条超过200w会提前转正。试用期是两个月。待遇是大小周，一周三条视频的工作量，试用4k，转正5k，以50w播放量为基底会有绩效，转正给五险。试岗两天做的视频我觉得工作量不是很大，但一周三条视频的话依然需要赶一点进度。我的疑虑来自于播放量问题。其实我理解公司的目的只是为了招人进行起号实验，但我对一系列“需要去追流量制作爆款”的岗位，都没有任何好的看法。我的态度就是这工作内容无异于每周买四次抽奖，让我在两个月之内抽中两次五千块的大奖才能转正。即使老板说会有抖音方的推流，我也不觉得这是可行的工作任务，运气占比最少50%。即使是超热点的话题，也依然会有很多很多人无法拿到相应的播放量，这本身就是赌博。我不认可纯追流量的工作。而且我觉得这是一个无解命题:如果我怀着“干啥不是干”这样的心态去干活，那么我进去工作的目的就是为了混两个月等着被辞（四条视频的工作量不会特别轻松）即使我怀着一腔热血积极的去做视频追热点，我也不见得就能做到转正指标。这不靠谱。目前的选择其实只有两个:1.我去试用期上班，做出爆款转正了就继续干，没转正就走。（我对这个选项不看好的理由是，两个月之后会到年底，对于找工作不是很好的时间，而且我需要协调住房等事宜）2.我跑路，接下来没有面试，我继续投递面试和找面试。我的态度是跑路再找，我本身不喜欢追流量，我也不想做运营岗。但还是想问问香油们能不能给我一些意见！

[2025-09-10 19:07:17] [email protected]: @board 打扰版聊了！想问一下大家认为这个Airbnb房东索赔理由合理嘛在英国住的一个Airbnb，房东在我离开后给我发消息说我的垃圾分类做错了，要向我索赔，我说你去找平台然后不要私联我，想问一下大家她的索赔有理由吗： 1）我的确做了垃圾分类（塑料在塑料桶里，纸张在纸张桶里）但是有一些地方做错了，她所谓的证据是我的垃圾在错误的桶里，然后她说可能会导致罚款 2）但是我说你把罚款的项目给我看，如果的确被罚了我很愿意付这部分钱，但是她根本拿不出来。而且说实话我在英国这么久从来没看过有人因为一些细枝末节的分类错了而被罚款 3）她的房子在本地收入较低的社区里，其他人房子前根本没有那么多的桶（旁边就是违建的宿舍），我不信别人会做到她这么细。她要求所有的容器都要洗完分类，而且还要把包装拆分，如果我已经付了爱彼迎很贵的清洁费，我不觉得这部分应该由我来负责 4）在她这里住的感觉很不好，除了房子很小灯还不好使外，隔壁也很吵，曾经凌晨两点多把我弄醒，已经让我很不满意了，没想到被倒咬一口多谢大家了！避雷剑桥Omoni的房子，与此同时如果有英区生活的问题可以问我！
