@board 离职的原因是因为有个同事，也是小领导，是完全没心跟你就事论事的，我跟领导提他的问题提了两个半月，但可以认为领导是没有手段的。拿我最终决定离职的事件爆发来举例，产品培训老师让几个同事来开箱安装产品，他已经体验过了，但是挡住别人做这件事。我正常提醒他，他就说关你什么事。我还在跟他就事论事，他又说，哪又怎么样。当着其他同事一脸无所谓的样子。我最后也是无语住了，不跟他起冲突，也的确无意义。我不是第一次遇到，这种人虽然说不多，但是也不少。一旦遇上了，忍一时只会恶心半生。但是这样的人，往往混得不差。我都三十岁了，工资还是三四千，这个阶层注定了要跟各种烂人打交道，上不去低不就就会一直痛苦，要用自己去与之磨损，无意义也谈不上所谓周旋。
