After the nearly two years of sheer Hell I have gone through to finally get to this point, I think I deserve some relief and reward for a change. I appreciate all of you who have supported me in all kinds of ways through all this.But, still, I have to finish off this last month of suffering, with your help.

Plus, I would become instantly eligible for Medicare coverage (otherwise, I'd have to wait until I reach 65); and I would get the maximum SS payment normally received by those waiting until 67 to retire.4/

I would have to claw back some benefits to cover the period...3/

The legal representative handling my case said that it would take a while for the AC to assign my case to a new ADJ; but when they did, the new judge would hear my case & schedule a new hearing if necessary to rule on this new appeal. So, the struggle continues.2/
