My abusive ex boyfriend got a TRO by telling the court that I hacked his phone and changed all his passwords because I guess he did it when he was drunk and he forgot. It was nonsense so it was thrown out when we had the hearing and mine was granted, but still . . . I had to disclose it to CASA because I was a volunteer at the time, so there was some damage done. But someone who has been an actual victim of DV can’t get one? I hate this for her.
